How to Lose
Weight Easily- My Simple 10-Point Plan
Hi! My name is Katrina. I'm a
56-year-old grandmother.
I've tried just about everything
over the years to lose fat, and get slimmer and healthier. And I've finally
found an easy way to lose weight- without exercise, and without going hungry!
I've now lost 21 pounds by making
these 10 simple changes. And I want to share with you exactly how I've lost the
weight- without ever getting hungry.
I sincerely hope that by sharing with
you what is working from me, you too can have a slimmer, more attractive body.

Here is my easy 10 point weight loss
plan:
| 1. Apple PolyTM
- 2 grams/day |

| 2. 5HTP - 100
mg 3x day |

is available at your health food store. |
| 3. A Good
Multivitamin |
| I want to be
sure I'm giving my body all the nutrients it needs. The New England
Journal of Medicine has now recommended that all adults take a
multivitamin supplement. You should too. Look for a trusted brand at
your health food store. Cheaper is not necessarily better. Don't skimp
here. |
| 4. Calcium
Citrate - 2 grams/day |
| Startling new
studies show that calcium aids weight and fat loss, in addition to
promoting bone health and cell membrane integrity. Make sure you get a
formula balanced with magnesium and vitamin D. You can read more about

| 5. DHEA - 50
mg/day |
| A new study this
year published in the Journal of the American Medical Association
shows that DHEA promotes abdominal fat (belly fat) in older adults
(65-75). If you're young, you may not need DHEA. At my age, it's been
a great help in losing fat. Ask you doctor to test your hormone
levels. If your DHEA levels are low, you may benefit. If not, you
won't. |

Mannan (glucomannan) - 2 grams/day |
| The best
research on glucomannan is in the area of diabetes. It's proven to
help stabilize and lower blood sugar. Glucomannan is a soluble fiber,
and highly absorbent. It helps me kick in faster weight loss. You can
get it under a variety of brand names. |
| 7. Cut
refined sugar and soft drinks |
| This is the most
important food change you can make. The fewer refined sugars, simple
carbs, and processed foods you eat, the faster you will lose weight.
It will also reduce your risk of diabetes and other diseases of aging.

| 8. Olive Oil |
| Substitute this
very healthy oil for other oils as much as possible. Cook with it, and
use it in salads. Simple and delicious. |
| 9. Fewer
Carbs, More Protein |
| Your body will
not store protein, but it easily converts carbs into fat. Have as much
lean protein as you want. Eat protein before you get hungry- and you
won't get hungry! |
| 10. Gradually
decrease your portions |
| This sounds
awful, but if you do it slowly over time, you'll hardly notice it.
Never starve yourself- that signals the body to store more fat! Don't
start with this one. Ease into it gradually, after the other changes. |

That's it. Simple. The bottom line is:
you have to lose weight gradually if you want a permanent change. Is a pound a
week too slow? No! That's 52 pounds in a
year.
